Kim Blanda - Board Chairperson

Kim Blanda, RN, BSN, BS, is the Director of Community Relations for Hunterdon Healthcare and the Coordinator for Hunterdon Partnership for Health. Kim sits on the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Hunterdon Alumni Board, the Polytech High School Biomedical Sciences Advisory Board, the Flemington Salvation Army Board and is a member of the Raritan Valley Community College Nursing Program Advisory Committee. Kim resides in Raritan Township with her husband and two college age children who share her strong commitment to community service.

Paul McGill, Finance

Paul McGill has 30 years of experience at Merrill Lynch and BlackRock in Finance. Paul has also been involved with the Shannon Daley Memorial Fund for the past 23 years and is President of this Non – Profit. He received the 2013 Flemington Elks Distinguished Citizenship Award and was the 2007 Jefferson Award Honoree and was United Way of Hunterdon’s Community Volunteer of the Year in 2009. He helped run the Readington Men’s basketball league for 15 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Stockton University. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing golf and attending various charity golf events.

Dr. Niyati Patel-Parekh, D.M.D., M.D.S.

Dr. Niyati Patel-Parekh combines her love for art and science in orthodontics, known by her patients as a smile perfectionist. She builds strong, professional relationships with patients through her compassionate and energetic approach.

Dr. Patel is skilled in advanced orthodontic treatments like temporary anchorage devices, self-ligating brackets, and Invisalign®, and she has extensive experience with both children and adults. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master’s in Dental Science from Rutgers, where she graduated top of her class.

A member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontics, Dr. Patel is board-certified and practiced in Michigan before joining Loew & Patel Orthodontics in New Jersey.

Outside of work, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with her husband Ravish, son Aariv, and their dogs, Barney and Maui. She loves painting, biking, exploring new places, and giving back to the community.

Michael Connelly

Michael Connelly is an environmental and civil engineer with SWCA, where he specializes in the design and permitting of large-scale solar farms throughout Florida and across the country. His work supports the growth of renewable energy by ensuring projects meet rigorous civil engineering and environmental regulatory standards. In addition, Michael works on environmental permitting for used oil facilities throughout Florida, navigating state requirements through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to advance environmental protection and compliance.

A lifelong resident of Hunterdon County, Michael brings not only his technical expertise but also a deep connection to the community he calls home. As a board member of One Voice of Hunterdon, he offers valuable insight into infrastructure, environmental stewardship, and regulatory processes, supporting the organization’s mission to promote health and wellness locally. In his free time, Michael enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends.

Ryan Neiber

Ryan Neiber is a former Lieutenant of the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's office with over 25 years of extensive experience in law enforcement and drug prevention. Throughout his career, he has worked to combat substance misuse and illegal drug activity through investigation, enforcement, and community education. He currently serves in law enforcement in Lambertville, where he continues to apply his expertise in building safer communities. Ryan has a strong passion for helping youth in our community, focusing on prevention, mentorship, and guiding young people toward positive and healthy choices.

Mary Ewald, Advisory

Retired Project Officer/Program Analyst for Substance Abuse Prevention and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) after 36 years of Civil Service.  I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia Union College (Washington Adventist), Maryland.  I have developed a strong set of skills in Substance Misuse Prevention working directly with States and Communities with a focus on New Jersey and New York.  My work has driven my passion for working in support of Suicide Prevention and Mental Health First Aid.  I am always looking for new ways to contribute, network and support communities in leading initiatives to improve community welfare. When I am not working, you can find me supporting my local community businesses, hiking, and walking my Scottie.
